Where do you ship?Currently only shipping within Canada.

Can I cancel my order?Unfortunately, once the order is placed, we cannot cancel your order.

Can I change my order?Any size changes or colour changes may be made within 48 hours of placing the order. Please reach out to info@newnormclothing.com and we will do our best to reflect those changes.

Can I customize an order?Unfortunately, you cannot request customization but we hope to add the option to customize your order soon... so stay tuned!

Can I add on to my order?Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an order, a subsequent order will need to be placed.

Where is my order confirmation?Email confirmations are sent to the corresponding email placed during purchase. If you cannot find your confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of ordering, please email info@newnormclothing.com.

What if I received an incorrect/damaged item?Please email info@newnormclothing.com within 72 hours of receiving the item alongside with photos of the item and order number.

My tracking says package delivered, but I haven’t received it."Once the order leaves our warehouse, we are not held responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please reach out to Canada Post or FedEx directly.

Are there customs or duty fees for international orders?NEW NORM is not responsible for any custom or duty charges. Prices reflected on www.newnormclothing.com do not include customs or duties.

How long does it take for my package to arrive?2-5 business days not including ordering processing day.

Is your site only in $CAD?Yes, our site is currently only showing currencies in $CAD.

When can I pick up my order?You will receive an email notification of when your order will be ready for pick up.
