We do not offer returns, however, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we can exchange or issue store credit within 14 days of shipping date.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns/exchanges.

Size exchanges on purchases will be accepted within 48 hours of receiving order.

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, packaging, and tags.

Merchandise must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged.

Shipping fees incurred during return/exchange of items are the customer’s responsibility.

NEW NORM is not responsible for any lost packages by mail couriers, please reach out to Canada Post or FedEx directly.

NEW NORM is not responsible for custom charges.
